From the very first day we arrived at Hotel Sensira, the service and attention were top-notch. It is a place filled with peace and relaxation, where you can share a unique experience with your family. The entertainment host, Angel—known as "Chocolate"—was incredible; he was highly professional and really got everyone dancing and having fun. Thanks for everything.
El primer dia q llegamos al hotel sensira el trato la atencion fue de primera . lugar lleno de paz y relajacion , donde compartes con la familia una experiencia unica . De la mano con el animador turistico Angel , llamado Chocolate fue increible muy profesional y pone a todas las personas a bailar y divertirse . Gracias por tanto.

A Great Family Vacation
Upon arrival, we are greated by the bellman. Everyone is very friendly and warm. Staff are all very attentive. Throughout the day, there are many activities for people of all ages from little mids to adults. There are lots of activities such as water aerobics, trivia game, dancing, contests, bingo, cornhole and etc. The staff work extremely hard and are always waiting to help. Thank you Angel, Victor, Alberto, Eva, jose, and Miguel. There were others too but everyone treats you like family. Our flight back home was canceled and we decided to come and extend our trip for another 5 days.

Wrapping up our 8 day stay here. I’ve no complaints whatsoever.
From the in room accommodations and ice cold A/C, 5 pools to choose from, beach views, the top notch restaurants and shows / events - it’s been a constant stream of fun and relaxation my family and I were looking for.
All the staff were wonderful. Very caring, attentive and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Big shoutout to ANGEL ( Chocolate) for making efforts to remember my family by name and always including my son in select events to encourage him to participate.
We specifically chose this resort because the many mentions of kid friendly amenities. This has exceeded expectations!
Great for families
We went with our family and had a great time. The resort was perfect for our family. Everything was close, lots of options for the kids from the Adventure Club to the entertainment. Angel (Chocolate) was the best part of the entertainment crew. He made sure our son was involved, we knew what was going on and was so personable. Food was ok but service always went the extra mile. The beach is beautiful and despite the seaweed, crews always made sure it was cleaned up.
