Exceptional costumer services in all areas location is stunning Roma very clean Food is very tasty Atmosphere was calm and cool Miguel the guy that works in the Hydro therapy is very specific in all the details and very educated, great costumer service . Liliana in the Miramar Buffett wonderful waitress very social and warm excellent services, Catalina premier lounge very nice, and Christian in the premier services reception Very helpful and wonderful costumer service. Thank you to Maria the housekeeper for her wonderful service , she is a hard worker . Everyone of the staff that work in this resort are the best!! I was in the premier

Stunning Resort
My husband and I went during the week of 7/12/26 and I was not expecting to fall in love with this beautiful hotel. Not only is it beautiful but the grounds are gorgeous. We had an ocean view which was stunning. The service was exceptional all around. The entertainment staff was great! Shout out to Sylver, and everyone (sorry can't remember their names now) they really did a great job. There was yoga, beach volleyball, water aerobics, loteria, and many more. This was such a relaxing trip/environment, if you are looking to party hard, this is not it and I mean that in the best way possible! I can't wait to come back to this resort, I can't say enough good and beautiful things about it. Pool, restaurants, rooms, everything was clean. Food and drinks delicious. Just writing this makes me want to look for tickets to go back.
