Great Staff
Our reservations was for 2 weeks. We had some serious issues with our room. I notified Brian and he escalated our issue to Isabel of Members Experience Team. We were upgraded to another room and Isabel compensated us for the issues. She checked on us everyday ensuring everything for the remainder of our stay was uneventful. Brian did a good job checking on us as well. My husband and I would like to recognize the following employees:

Best anniversary trip ever!
We have been to this resort Many times but it has been 9 years since our last stay. I just can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff. We went with friends who are hall of fame legendary members and received their perks. Pick up at the airport was easy. Check in was easy. Our room was ready very quickly after we arrived. Our Butlers Luis and Naef were amazing! They were always a step ahead of us and anticipated our every need before we even asked. We were celebrating an early 28th wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond to ensure we were celebrated!!! Both were very personable and just genuinely nice guys. I would definitely ask for them when I return.
We went to Toro 3 times during our weeks stay and asked for Ricardo and David after our first dinner because they were beyond amazing. The dessert spread they put before us was fit for a King! We truly felt like we were their family members and were at their dining room table at each meal. We all agreed they should be part of your training team and train new employees the art of amazing customer service. They were the reason we kept returning to Tori…them and the filets!
Every morning for breakfast Andre took great care of us at Isla. He remembered what we drank every morning and brought to us without having to even ask us. Mimosa and coffee with Baileys. 🩷
We enjoyed the Queen tribute band. Man that guy even walked like Freddie Mercury. Nicely done gentlemen! We also enjoyed the Rock show. We just wished it lasted longer. An hour was just enough to get us hyped up…lol.
The food and drinks were all amazing. We ordered room service Breakfast twice and it arrived quick and still hot. Lunch ordered from a QR code at the members pool was a NICE touch!
Our only negative comment would be that not all the restaurants were open due to not being all full capacity.

Excellent Vacation
Willie took good care was a great pool guy always made sure my sister had a chair in shade,, she is in remission from cancer Marteen was great with making sure we had drinks all the time. Jorge was great making sure we always had drinks.
