Blown away first visit!
Myself and my partner had the most amazing trip to Secrets Akumal!
From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay so special.
A huge thank you to our amazing concierge, Alexandra, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always so lovely and attentive. We also had the pleasure of having Karina as our maid, who did such a fantastic job.
A special shout-out to the amazing Pool Concierges — Efren, Hector, Hose and Hugo Rivera. They were all so attentive, friendly and made our pool days even more enjoyable!
We also loved spending time at the Lobby Rendezvous Bar, where Johanna and Carlos were absolutely wonderful. They always made us feel so welcome and provided such amazing service.
At Market Café, a huge thank you to Diego, Alejandro and Noemi for always being so lovely and attentive.
And finally, thank you to Julio, our bellboy, who was so helpful and friendly.
Every single one of these wonderful people played a part in making our holiday unforgettable. We genuinely felt so well looked after throughout our stay and cannot thank the team enough.

Awesome Anniversary Vacation
My wife and I really recommend Secrets Akumal. Overall service is top notched. We really had and incredible time during our 5 nights. We enjoyed the property, beach, pools, etc., and really enjoy many of the restaurants and pools, with great food and drink options. We definitely recommend the Spa, they are very professional and give outstanding services. The property is located in the middle of the jungle, so you will be in contact with a wide variety of flora and fauna, so that is a plus if you like nature. Rooms are very clean and ample, with very nice view, even if you don't book ocean view. Staff of all departments are really friendly and attentive, so they make your stay even better. We can't wait to go back!

It was the perfect resort. I fear that I won't have this expierence at any other resort. It was everything I was looking for in an all- inclusive resort. The customer Service was seamless. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The food! The food was phenomenal. The resuarants down to the buffett. I can't wait to plan a trip back.
Another Great Anniversary Trip at Secrets Akumal
This was our second trip to Secrets Akumal, and once again, we had a wonderful experience! My husband and I absolutely love the atmosphere of the resort and the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone is so welcoming and truly makes you feel taken care of throughout your stay.
This trip was all about relaxation for us, so we didn’t participate in many of the activities offered at the resort. We did take advantage of the complimentary bike tour, though, and had so much fun! It was a great way to get out and see a little more of the area.
We spent most of our days relaxing at the quiet pool or on the beach, and both were beautiful and peaceful. It was exactly the kind of vacation we were looking for with plenty of downtime, great service, and a beautiful setting.
After two visits, Secrets Akumal continues to be a place we love, and we would absolutely return again!
