Amazing get away! 5 stars all around
TRS Yucatan exceeded our expectations in every way! The entire staff is amazing and so friendly and eager to help! The attention to detail is impressive from the incredible food service, spa services, swimming pools, housekeeping, bar tenders and our butler Francisco - everyone goes above and beyond to ensure your vacation is prefect. Wish we had more nights to experience the restaurants we didn't get to. Enjoyed the infinity pool, Helios food service, Churchills speakeasy and all the swimming pools! Spa was a highlight with a massage and the hydrotherapy which left us feeling refreshed each morning. We can't wait for our next get away to this resort! Thank you!

Fun Vacay
The rooms and restaurants were great over all. Our favorite place for breakfast was Helios with our great waitress Gabriela Martha who was very attentive. Our favorite dinner spot was the Tempanyaki restaurant.
Relaxing trip with friendly staff
A great time. The tRs part of the hotel was the best parts in my opinion. Staff there was especially friendly and helpful.
Another great trip to TRS Yucatan
Another fantastic trip with my daughter! Our building butlers Gustavo, Samuel and Paola were incredible. They greeted us each and everytime we came into or out of our building. Always asking if there was something they could do for you. Incredible people! Alfredo and Yulemy at La Terraza pool are part of the reason we return time after time. They are secret gems to the Palladium Staff. Looking forward to our next visit!

An amazing week at the TRS Yucatan.
We stayed in 67 and the rooms were amazing. Maggie was a great butler and a credit to TRS, she was friendly, supportive and always sorted things out for us. Our daughter is gluten free and they were always accommodating particularly at the chic cabaret. Our breakfast and lunch service was great with Ashley, Gabriella and Manual, but a huge shout out to Edwin. What a great waiter and a lovely kind and caring man. We look forward to seeing you again next year
