Let's do it again and again...!
The resort had great night life, bars, restaurants and was close to some great excursions and the PGA Golf course. The resort was really big with so much to offer! Rooms were spacious, always magically fully stocked, room maintenance and service was the best we've experienced. Spa and daily entertainment was top notch! They really had anything you wanted from fitness, to quiet relaxation, to party central whether for families, friends, or couples.

TRS Yucatan,, superb !!
Both my wife and I have just returned from the TRS Yucatan, celebrating our 50th and 60th birthdays. this was our 5th holiday to Mexico, and can say with confidence this was the best holiday we have had. Where do I start,,, Room was excellent, food was excellent, all of the staff go above and beyond, and the service was excellent. Thank you to both our butlers Gabriel and Alfredo. We upgraded our room to a Junior suite private plunge pool, room 6604 location is absolutely perfect, near the Helios Restaurant and main Pool/bar area. We also upgrading to the PTC club, which I would highly recommend. The only slight negative for me was the beach, which isn't as good as it could be, with lots of dead coral making it difficult to walk barefoot in the sand. Overall though, well done to the team at TRS Yucatan. Representatives from Sandals Hotel chain should visit this hotel and perhaps they could learn how to make someone's holiday feel special !!

We spent one week at TRS and had an absolutely amazing and relaxing time! We mostly enjoyed our days at the Infinity Pool, where we could unwind and simply enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.
The bars were great and we also really enjoyed the food. The animation team was very kind and welcoming, but a special thank you goes to Daniela from the POP Team!
We joined the Mayan Tour with her and also took part in some of her classes at the Infinity Pool. Daniela is professional, incredibly friendly and has such a positive and fun personality. She really knows how to connect with guests and makes every activity feel special.
We truly appreciated her work and loved taking part in her classes. She is a wonderful addition to the TRS experience, and we would be very happy to see her again on our next visit!

First Time TRS stay
The service was top tier. The cart service was awesome in getting around the resort and transfer to and from. Everyone was incredibly nice and overly accommodating and the food and drinks were awesome. Zero complaints and would highly recommend to anyone on the fence about picking a resort. It’s worth it and I definitely recommend for anyone wanting an all inclusive adults only experience with AMAZING views and the coolest infinity pool I’ve ever seen!
