Luxury vacation experience
Anyway back to the good stuff, our AMAZING butlers, Roger and Flores! They made the week so easy, which with a job where you are constantly having to be the one directing everything, it was nice to not have to think about anything. They made sure we had reservations everywhere we wanted and on the day that the availability was full, they were able to work some magic and get it sorted. We had the perfect spots all week at the pool, Roger made sure we always had what we needed for bottomless mimosas and never ran out, I forgot our playing cards and Flores quickly got us some so that we could play all week. It was just the best trip to date and if you have an opportunity to request butlers I suggest you personally ask for ROGER AND FLORES.

We just spent an incredible week at UNICO 20°87°, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.
As Legendary members, we have had the opportunity to visit many of their resorts, so we have a strong basis for comparison. Without question, UNICO 20°87° has been one of the very best experiences we have had. From the beautiful property and exceptional dining to the warm hospitality and attention to detail, everything felt elevated, relaxing, and genuinely special.
A very special thank-you goes to Laura Flores, our concierge, who was absolutely excellent. Laura was professional, attentive, gracious, and always available to make sure everything was taken care of. Her personalized service made a wonderful vacation even more memorable, and she is truly an asset to the resort.
We would also like to recognize Diego at the pool and Andres at the 20°87° restaurant. Both were excellent and consistently provided outstanding, friendly, and attentive service. Their professionalism and warm hospitality added so much to our stay and did not go unnoticed.
The entire team made us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our visit. It is clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here, and that level of care made a lasting impression on us.
We are already looking forward to our next visit. We truly cannot wait to come back to UNICO 20°87°. Highly recommended!

Wedding Anniversary Celebration
It was a great experience. I visited before but I enjoyed it more this time.
The Único family!
Back to Único is always the most regarding experience. We are visiting Único at least two time a year and every time we were feeling that we are coming back to the family. The hotel and the staff is unique. The service and the diverse activities make your time so special. The restaurants are the best , very exclusive, the menus are excellent. In our case the butlers Berenice, Erick, and Rodrigo are the best team , always one step ahead our needs. At the end, we are highly recommend this hotel if you want to experience a really and wonderful vacation time
Awesome experience on a girls trip!
We had a great time on our girls trip! My roommate and I were lucky to have Eduardo LH as our host taking care of us all week. He was so attentive! The resort was great! Food & drinks were so good!
