RUBEN is the best!!!
We LOVE Ruben!!! He is sooo incredibly welcoming and his service is amazing!!!! He took us for a tour all around the resort and his energy was exactly what we needed after a long flight! This will definitely go down as one of our top vacations!

Very nice small resort Good food Good entertainment Beach is clean has a bit of seaweed but they clean it all day Premium rooms block 5 is very good All around great

Perfect start to the holiday!
It was amazing! Great service, very clean. Good pool and beach area! The restaurants were all really good! The food was above expectations!
Lovely Stay for Couples
Beautiful resort with the kindest staff that makes you feel pampered and welcomed. Diego, Pau, Leo, Eddie, Samuele and Cuellar took the time to make sure we were never empty handed and were having a good time! Room was always kept clean with fresh beach towels everyday. Ladies at the buffet made us feel special with kind words every morning and excellent service. Will definitely be coming back to Catalonia Royal Tulum!
