Relax for all different needs
Nestled in a lush garden, Dreams Tulum pays special attention to its guests’ needs. The entertainment is excellent (Victor and Erick in particular), both by the pool and during the evening shows—tasteful and never too intrusive. The housekeeping staff provides excellent care and attention to every need. And there’s a great selection of different good restaurants for dinner.
A dream experience
This was a great resort with lots of amenities, we did not expect. The food and drink were great, lots of care and variety. The staff was so friendly and caring. Rooms were great. There were lots of organized activities for both adults and kids. The kids center was open all day and every day had a new activity. The staff was lovely and were caring to the kids. The adult activities ranged from exercise classses to evening shows such as discos, mariachi band, acrobatic. The experience was really beyond expectations. We will definitely come back.

Great trip to Tulum
Fantastic resort with really great staff. Attentive and accomodating. Grounds were beautiful and well cared for. Pools were great and beaches were very relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Food everywhere and the rooms were so nice and housekeeping kept it so clean. Loved the visit.
Erick is the best!
Erick was my fave!!! But everyone was so amazing!
