Exceptional service and attention to detail at The Kumo! We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by the cleanliness of the room, the beautiful presentation, and the thoughtful attention to every little detail. Everything was perfectly prepared and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Viandi, Yuma, and Sayu also the new trainer girl I forget her name but she did the check in for us all very welcoming and for their warm hospitality, kindness, and excellent service. They were attentive, professional, and always made sure everything was perfect for us.

Great location, right at the heart of canggu with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive, friendly and took care of us. Thank you Meli and Sara, we had an enjoyable stay!
Excellent service
Checking in and out was easy and convenient with staff Sara, Edwin and Meilin. We always book this place whenever we travel to bali. Location is easy to get around to in canggu!

A fabulous stay.
Such a lovely stay at The Komu. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfortable and the pool area was very relaxing. A special mention to Sayu & Wijaya for making us feel so welcome.
