The ambiance is very good.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are very well maintained, clean and everything is top notch.
We also utilized their carryout and spa facilities.
The buffet spread of breakfast is very good.
It is in very good location.
We had very good lunch and dinner in their restaurants.
It provides very good value for the services.
Treat yourself
For the last day of a 3 week trip around Bali and Nusa Penida we treated ourselves to stay here one night. A beautiful villa with a huge bathroom with bath, seperate shower and seperate toilet and to top it up a private pool. The other shared pool is wonderful and has a swim up pool bar which serves the best cocktails. Staff was amazing. We only used the restaurant for our breakfast which was buffet style. Gym and A Spa is also part of this high standards resort. It was worth every penny.

Quality accommodation and exceptional staff
this hotel is quality accommodation. the resort is traditional Bali.we had a cottage room that was as advertised. plenty of room and everything worked. the breakfast was 5 star hotel buffet. All the staff were friendly and helpful and were good at their jobs.
Woukld we stay here again ? Yes and will recommend it to family and friends

Peaceful Oasis
Surprisingly quiet considering how close this is to the airport and JL Kartika Plaza. It is a peaceful green oasis with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are clean, continually being maintained and upgraded. I would definitely come again.
