Wonderful vacation at Sheraton Bali Kuta
The hotel located at the shopping center very convenient, price is reasonable. I like the staff services ,full of service mind. Thank you Vivi who made my days here so perfect, a wonderful vacation, thank you so much again and see you soon certainly my next trip in Bali. Only in Sheraton Bali Kuta hotel!!!!

Don’t waste your money at Sheraton Bali Kuta
The Sheraton Bali Kuta was a major disappointment on so many levels, definitely wouldn’t recommend at all !!! The rooms are spacious but have NO life in them , there’s nothing on the walls , the bedding is all white, definitely needs a bed runner with colour or even featured pillow , was very clinical. The refrigerator doesn’t actually keep your drinks cold. We asked for a garden view room ..this was beyond disappointing, the gardens have not been maintained & are not inviting to sit on your two cane chairs outside. The pool is very small & there is not enough room for everyone staying there , it gets extremely noisy especially with kids , needs a spa also. There was work going on near pool area a new spa being built for massage etc , so between that noise , kids everywhere & the very loud music NO CHANCE OF A RELAXING HOLIDAY. If you needed access to beachwslk not available until 10am , so you had to walk around behind the Sheraton to access the cafes etc . It definitely didn’t live up to the Sheraton name we associate the name to !!!
The only positive is The Staff , they are ALL amazing, friendly, extremely accommodating & always smiling. It’s not their fault they work in a bellow average Hotel.

What a wonderful hotel, everything 10 out of 10, the room, the food, the location and the lovely friendly staff. We enjoyed to the maximum. Thank you very much ❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful in every way!
We stayed here for a few days just prior to catching a cruise at port of Benoa. It really is a hidden gem just steps from the beach & ocean. We loved the open air beauty of the main lobby & lounge areas. Also, our rooms were very comfortable and quiet with beautiful views of the Indian Ocean. One of the things that impressed our family the most was the attentive, kind staff. At the Daily Social restaurant on site, we enjoyed getting to meet Elis--she shared info about Bali and was always trying to be helpful. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY!
