I had a great stay at swiss bell express kuta,The hotel is conviniently located, the room was clean and comfortable and the overall atmosphere was pleasent. Special thanks to The front office team Yani, Anjani , Yandi for their warm and friendly service. They weh helful, attentive and always ready to assist with any request. The check in and Check out process was also smooth and efficient , Overall I had a pleasant experience and would be happy to stay at swiss bell express Kuta Again. highly recomended!
