Legian

Legian is a suburb of Kuta located north of the main resort. Offering a more laid back alternative to the main resort of Kuta it is still close enough that all the facilities of the main town are close at hand. The beach at Legian is a quieter place with more gentle surf than Kuta, making it perfect for swimming and novice surfers, on the weekend evenings the beach area comes alive with beach parties and live music, popular with locals and tourists alike.
