Nice place to stay
Perfectly nice hotel, our room was nice and spacious (the AC worked well, my partner would say too well). Staff were very friendly, the pool was pleasant for relaxing, and the buffet breakfast was good with lots of variety and attentive hosts. The location is located in something of a gated community which isn't our style, and we stayed here because there was a conference being hosted in the same complex. Compared to other accommodations we booked, I think it offered good value but not spectacular value (hence the 4 out of 5 stars). Otherwise it was quiet for sleeping and only a short walk (10 minutes) to less touristy warungs.
Nourishing Babymoon
I loved the entire experience, the staff were very kind and supportive. I always had help available if needed, like when I had too many things and my youngest fell asleep, I had assistance towards getting to our room. The breakfast buffet was always amazing, and we enjoyed so much dragonfruit. On our first day there Tya held my youngest and helped her pick out what she wanted to eat and she is with child, may God always bless her 💜🥰 She was so sweet with my daughters. Juaro was also very kind and always asked us how we were. He always had a bright smile on his face and he was very accommodating. I will definitely return again, I would like to take my mom here on a future trip. Thank you to all the staff who made my babymoon so sweet 🥹 I’m so grateful to have picked out Nusa Dua as our first stop in Bali.
Wonderful stay
My stay at Bali Nusa Dua Hotel was truly comfortable and delightful. The hotel atmosphere is very relaxing. Above all, the staff's hospitality was outstanding, especially bu Resi, who was extremely friendly and very helpful with our needs throughout the stay. Thank you for the wonderful service
Great for business travelers
My room was a little worn out, but it was well-kept and huge for a single traveler. Service was great with most of the staff very friendly. Facility-wise, this hotel does not have a beach front or the glamorous facilities that the resort hotels has, but it was sufficient for a business traveler. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Walking distance to Bali Collection (for shopping and dining). For business, I will choose this hotel again.

The Ultimate Peaceful Sanctuary to Recharge
Everything about this resort is an easy 10/10. The location is great, and the value for money is exceptional. It is wonderfully peaceful with virtually no noise, making it ideal for pure rest.
The room was clean, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed—though the pillows were a bit too soft for my personal liking. Across the board, the security, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams deliver true hospitality. Huge compliments to Dwi and Ardana for exceptional dinner service, and the extensive breakfast buffet did not disappoint.
While the hotel offer great conveniences like e-bikes and shuttles to the beach and Bali Collection, the resort itself is so serene that I didn't even need to leave—it was the ultimate spot to unwind and recharge. It was the perfect start to my two-week holiday in Bali, and I would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
