Exceptional hotel, exceptional team
We’ve just left the Conrad after 9 wonderful nights and we will definitely return. What made our stay exceptional was the team here - each person we met gave exceptional service and made our stay so special. A big thank you to the Curator team, especially Christian Fernando (you are amazing ❤️) and Nanta (so so helpful 😊) for helping us everyday and your amazing recommendations that made our stay special. I Made Sumantara - you and your team are very special and so helpful.
The highlights for us:
I have a difficult diet and everyone I met helped me to eat well and safely, double checking each time I ordered food. The pool team were superb at lunchtime (pool menu is great) checking every detail - thank you to Gede for your special attention.
Swimming pools are vast, warm and exceptionally clean. We’ve travelled the world and these are the biggest interconnecting pools we’ve enjoyed.
Sunbed service is exceptional, towels, drinks and service all day.
Spice restaurant for breakfast - we only discovered this restaurant on day 5 - it’s quiet and the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast away from the noise of the main restaurant.
We upgraded to a sea and pool view room - worth the extra. Quiet and beautiful views.
We read negative views about the beach - whilst there are only a handful of sunbeds on the beach itself, the sea is perfectly ok for swimming. Beach is shingle and probably needs beach shoes.
Being close to Bumbu Bali restaurant was a bonus where we ate several nights. The hotel run a free shuttle service to Bali Collection which has many shops and modern restaurants - only 10 minutes away.
We adore Bali and will definitely return. When we do, Conrad Bali will be our first choice everytime. Thank you everyone for making the first part of our Bali stay memorable and special. To complete our holiday we are spending a few nights in Ubud.

Excellent choice- again ! Everone of the staff is ready for the guest and helpful , even before you notice , you need something. Perfect holiday destination with choices for everyone. As a HILTON diamond member we received a nice upgrade to a Conrad Suite and were cared for our needs/wishes by our personal curator Nata, who was readily available by what's app anytime. Very efficient and helpful !

Fabulous stay in Bali
We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the Conrad Bali. On check in, as a diamond member, we were upgraded to one of the Conrad Suites, which are massive rooms. The room is functional, but is probably in need of an upgrade. That said there is nothing wrong with the room though the bed size is amusing.
The staff in the hotel are fabulous. It's nice to have that relaxed Balinese service.
The beach is great to walk, but is not really a swimming beach. Thankfully the pools are excellent , especially the Suites pool.
We both look forward to returning in the future.

An easy 5 Stars
We absolutely loved our first stay at Conrad Bali and were genuinely sad to check out.
From the moment you first pull up in a car at the lobby, you are made to feel incredibly welcome. That same warm welcome was there every time we returned to the hotel during our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive and genuinely seemed to want you to have a great time.
A special mention has to go to Rani, who checked us in and gave us such a lovely welcome at the start of our stay. She was fantastic and really set the tone for the rest of our time at the hotel.
The resort itself is beautiful. The grounds are immaculate, the pools and lagoon areas are fantastic, and we loved being able to relax and enjoy the whole resort rather than feeling like we constantly needed to leave. Our lagoon-access room was a real highlight and made the stay feel even more special.
The service throughout was excellent, whether arriving back at the lobby, around the pool, at breakfast or simply walking through the resort. Staff would always smile, say hello and make you feel recognised and welcome without it ever feeling forced.
Conrad Bali manages to feel luxurious while still being relaxed and genuinely friendly, which is not always an easy balance for a large resort to get right.
For a first visit, it made a huge impression on us. Thank you to Rani and the whole Conrad Bali team for looking after us so well. We very much hope this will not be our last stay and would love to come back. An easy 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
