Nusa Dua lounge is the best
Chilling at the Nusa Dua lounge is one of the lovely things when I am staying in Hilton bali resort. The view at the pound side is wonderful.The Food, snack, fruit and the sunset make my Bali experience more complete ! The staff Rani is very friendly , always has big smile and give me the best assistance.

Amazing
We had such a lovely stay from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The resort is beautiful, with incredible views and such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
A special mention to Ari, Andika, Eka and Suweta, who truly made our stay extra special. They were so attentive and thoughtful throughout, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. Their warmth and hospitality really stood out and were a huge part of what made our stay so memorable.
We had an amazing time and are looking forward to coming back!

Amazing stay at Hilton Bali Resort
We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Bali Resort and would definitely go back.
All of the staff were so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
We went for the all-inclusive option and thought it worked really well. You get vouchers and set menus, which gave us plenty of choice, and on the themed nights there was free-flow food, which was great.
The beach was lovely and was cleaned every day. There were also plenty of sunbeds, so we never had a problem getting one. The sea can be quite rough, but we still managed to swim every day and really enjoyed having the beach right there.
Our first room had a pool view and was beautiful. Then, four days into our stay, we were upgraded to a villa with our own private pool, it was amazing and definitely made the holiday even more special. Another highlight was the monkeys coming into the garden, something I will never forget.
The Executive Lounge was another real highlight for us. All the staff were lovely, but Bagus and Subrati deserve a special mention. They were both so attentive and really made us feel looked after. As Diamond members, they also arranged a late check-out for us without us even having to ask
Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was fantastic and was one of our favourite parts of the morning.
We also really enjoyed Elara Restaurant. We ate several evenings when they had freshly cooked paella and we could also choose tapas from the menu. During the day it was a lovely place to sit and relax, with day beds and cabanas, and it was nice and peaceful and generally no children.
The pool was always very busy and lots of young children, we aren't pool people so didn't ever use the sunbeds here, but there were always beds available.
The service throughout the resort was excellent. Everyone we came across was friendly and welcoming and always seemed genuinely happy to help.
Thank you to everyone at Hilton Bali Resort for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

Amazing service and beautiful smiles
A beautiful beach resort with exceptional service from every member of staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile.
A special thank you to Ari and Andika for their outstanding hospitality throughout the day, and to Eka for the excellent concierge service and wonderful recommendations on the island. Suparta also did a fantastic job each day and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
We truly appreciated the care and attention we received throughout our visit and would happily recommend this resort to others. We look forward to returning in the future! ☺️
