Perfect family holiday resort
We had an incredible family vacation at Hilton Bali Resort! The ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and we spent hours just soaking it in. The pool area is massive—plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. A special shout-out to the poolside bar: the food and drinks were fantastic, and the service was always with a smile. This resort truly has it all for a perfect family getaway. Highly recommend!

Memories for a life time
Hilton Bali Resort was fantastic. We have truly enjoyed our time at the resort and the staff has been so welcoming and accommodating! We are so sad to leave.
It was a very good stay
To be honest, it was a very good stay. Initially, there were a few shortcomings, such as the room not being ready by check-in time. However, we received proper follow-up while waiting in the lounge, and an immediate apology when we mentioned the issue in our check-in feedback. Since we were staying in a villa, we used the nearby lounge about twice a day. Ms. Subrati Rismo was there almost every day, taking great care of us by making meal reservations, arranging late check-out, and coordinating transport times. She recommended the daily buffet, and when we couldn't go to the restaurant we wanted because it was booked for a private event, she suggested other restaurants. One of the staff members at a restaurant we visited in the evening remembered me when I came for breakfast the next day, which made me very happy. Wherever we went, we were treated like gold members. Unfortunately, the last breakfast was an exception, but it was still a very satisfying stay. I hadn't had a very good impression of the Hilton before, but Ms. Rismo changed my mind. In terms of comfort, the Hilton was superior to the five-star hotel two doors down where I stayed afterward. Ms. Karisma Ayu and Ms. Dedek Rani, who served me in the lounge, also left a positive impression. Thank you.
The shore..a wonderful experience
We had a wonderful experience at The Shore at Hilton Bali. The food was beautifully prepared, with an artisanal touch and excellent-quality ingredients. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully made, and we found it to be very good value for money. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming, and the service made our experience even more special. A particular thank you to Dedi and Riani, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They genuinely did their best to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our meal. Wonderful food, lovely atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!
