Amazing staff, food and services 5 stars
Firstly I want to name the staff who shone above the rest while I was lucky enough to stay here. Febri one of the best bar runners I have ever met, Riki the funniest and nicest Mixologist’s I have met in an overseas hotel and finally Angga, so happy and friendly and nothing ever too much trouble. I hope the managers realise and pass on my thanks! They made the holiday exceptional.
On to the resort, stunning, so clean, beautiful gardens and a stunning beach front kept meticulously clean, as all inclusive free access to water sports equipment daily, push bikes and 24hr room service was outstanding.
All the restaurants we tried, Japanese, Asian and the main buffet services were brilliant, as a fan of Asian food I was blown away at the selection across all meal times.
Breakfast as a Brit was top notch, bar the missing bangers!!
Cocktails, great coffee, and the most friendly staff you could hope to meet.
Tips are not expected but warmly excepted and all the staff you will be lucky to meet are worthy.
Trips organised by the hotel were great, brilliant tour guides,

Beautiful 5* all inclusive resort
We’ve just recently returned from staying here and I agree with other reviews on how excellent this hotel really is. The rooms, the service, the deco, everything about it is top notch. I only have I down side and I wouldn’t mark it down for this and that is the evening entertainment. There isn’t any. We are a family of five and after travelling around Bali wanted to relax in an all inclusive resort. We were here 4 nights. My three boys are 26, 24 and 20. During the day it’s great, but when it comes to the evening the place is asleep. Except for two nights there was a show down at the beach bar. The same show on a Tuesday and Friday. We were disappointed by this as there literally was nobody about after 8-9 o clock. We’d often wonder round thinking has the whole occupancy gone to sleep? It’s a shame as when you’re on holiday, you want to make the most of the evening. However on another note, I have got to praise the chefs at this hotel, the meals are exceptional! Even the buffet restaurant is superb. My boys were praising how great the hotel food was to everyone once we came back. I would highly recommend this hotel, apart from the lack of evening entertainment, I couldn’t say a bad thing about it. It’s definitely a 5* and more.
All inclusive awesome
Another excellent stay at the Melia, or should I say the Paradisus. It's undergone a major renovation but it's more like a glow up - most things are the same as before, just better. A couple of minor niggles (the aircon was not strong enough in the upstairs but if our duplex suite, a couple of nights it was a little loud until about 10.30) but an easy five out five experience. The staff are lovely, the grounds are beautiful, there is heaps to do for all ages, never short of a sun lounger at the pool, and the food - so, so good at pretty much all the restaurants. And wonderful, numerous options and excellent understanding for gluten free. It's our second time here, and we will return again.

My husband and i are always a return guests at Melia Bali before they renovated the whole hotel last year. We came back this year to the new name Paradisus Bali and it was very nice. All the staffs were amazing and i mean so amazing. They are all always with a smile and they even greet you everytime you walk pass them. The only complain that i would put into this hotel is the food is not good like it used to be. Quite disappointed. We had afew room service and was so bad. Also the pool water is too warm. Its not comfortable to swim in very warm water pool when in Bali. Anyway those are the only 2 complaints that i think should be improved drastically especially the food, as i am not sure why is the pool water so warm. Anyway otherwise its such a beautiful hotel and the facilities are amazing especially for families and also couples who needs a quiet area like the Reserve. This resort will be 100% prefect if the room service food and Kanna food can be improved ,actually even the chikdren aqua pool restaurent. It was very expensive and not value for money. I would recommend this hotel and i would go back again and hopefully can be improved.

Amazing
My experience was great the teens room was very fun. The atmosphere in the teens room was great and I realy enjoyed playing bowling with wira and playing pool.
