Gorgeous hotel
This hotel is amazing! The people are so kind and welcoming, the staff was very profecional. The rooms were very clean and pretty, all equiped with air conditioner and towels to take to beach even. There are 3 huge pools, one right by the beach and two other inside the hotel. The food by the pool was so good. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was an all you can eat buffet. So good all of it

Amazing time!
Just checked out from our 12 night stay at Novotel Bali Benoa and what a beautiful holiday it was! We (me, my husband and our 8 month old) stayed in the 1 bed pool villa, the room was immaculate, bed was very comfy and the pool was so much fun! The resort itself was lovely, the main pools were really nice for a change of scenery and the food was great and the staff were lovely to our little one, especially Astari! The only recommendation I would make is to ensure you plan for mosquitoes, there is a pharmacy and shop near by though so no biggie if you forget something.

Complete Relaxation
Wonderful location. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the downtime. Amazingly friendly staff. Great size rooms. Plenty of things to keep the kids entertained and fed.

I went for the facial and massage duo and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. My masseuse Eka was really wonderful; I had mentioned a pain in my lower back and tailbone that had been bothering me for a while and I left feeling so much lighter and painless. The facial was also absolutely lovely and my skin felt so fresh and soft afterwards!
