Great Sofitel stay
Had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Nusa Dua. We stayed in room 3020 with the swim up pool, it was just perfect. Very friendly and professional staff, nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned to high standard daily, with plenty of clean towels and bottled water provided. We enjoyed the canapés, wine and cocktails from 5.30-7.30 each evening, which was part of the room we booked. Again. very nice staff provided a great service. We also took advantage of breakfast most mornings at the Millesime room too. This is all cooked fresh and very relaxing. We did try breakfast twice in the main restaurant but the service wasn’t great. Waited over 30 minutes for a cup of tea one morning, chased it up twice and no tea came, so gave up. Great service at the pool and beach too. Plenty of sunbeds and clean towels. Overall had a great time.

Outstanding Staff and Resort!
Travelling solo for the first time I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Having had some recent bereavements in my life the Customer Experience Team went absolutely above and beyond to make my stay incredibly memorable, from the beautiful flowers and card, to an unexpected upgrade. The little touches weren’t missed and very much appreciated. I will value this trip immensely and is a lovely memory of an amazing resort, with exceptional staff where nothing is too much. Thankyou Dian, Annisa & Aris for a truly relaxing and memorable experience.

Squirrels!
We recently stayed at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua and had a very enjoyable trip. The September weather was perfect for us — warm without being uncomfortably hot — and the resort facilities were very good.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but Wulan from the Concierge Desk deserves a special mention. When my wife was feeling unwell, Wulan went above and beyond to assist us. She was 100% professional while also showing genuine warmth, compassion and care. Her service really stood out and was greatly appreciated.
The buffet breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent and incredibly varied selection of food to suit all tastes.
There were a couple of areas that could be improved. We were disappointed to see tables sitting uncleared at breakfast while several staff members walked right past them, seemingly focused on other tasks. At times, it gave the impression that staff were more concerned with looking busy than attending to what was immediately in front of them.
The restaurants were also very popular, which meant booking well in advance was necessary. Fortunately, making reservations via WhatsApp was easy.
We were excited to see so many squirrels around the resort. Our daughter loved counting them!
Overall, we had a nice stay. The resort has excellent facilities, a fantastic breakfast and some genuinely outstanding staff — with Wulan being a particular highlight of our stay.

Beautiful resort
Wonderful stay at Sofitel Bali. From check in to check out everything was lovely. We had beautiful pictures from Dreams studio too. Definitely recommend!!
