Such an amazing experience! This has been the trip of a lifetime! Weda (Doorman) greeted me with such kindness from the very 1st arrival day until the conclusion of our stay! Every step on the property was humbling for me! The hospitality here is unmatched! The most beautiful/ breathtaking resort!!!!!!

I just never want to leave and stay here for ever The staff is doing such a great work in fullfilling your wishes and the housekeeping team (Arik and Ros) always made us smile with little folded towel-animals
A hotel with great ambiance and depth
Our second stay at the hotel in the past 18 months. We returned to the Cliff Lounge and a private suite with pool.... and found the staff pleasant and helpful. A call out to Sintia and Yos of the Cliff Lounge team and Bian, Nia and Pebi of housekeeping. We stayed in tower 2 on the 8th floor and we didn't notice the hotel construction noise from the site next door. Saw some Monkeys on nearby walls - so wise to keep the suite doors closed. We will probably return as we feel there is more to discover with Nami opening and trying all the pools.
