Brilliant hotel. We had a lagoon view room. Private and quiet. Seafront Restaurant brilliant. Breakfast amazing. Beaches clean and safe. Great spot. Staff exceptional. Even the guys that look after beach chairs friendly and accommodating. Nothing too much trouble. Can recommend highly enough. Spa a little expensive but good.
Beautiful relaxing resort with amazing service
This is a truly beautiful property with incredibly friendly service. The whole resort is so well-planned, relaxing, and there are many pools and spots to unwind and enjoy. The food in the restaurants was delicious, especially the traditional Indonesian buffet at Banyubiru, and the pool service was also phenomenal. Everyone was just so helpful and kind, especially the wonderful ladies at the spa who allowed us to shower and refresh before our late night flight. The check in and check out process was seamless and quick as well. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and with a nice view from the balcony. We were upgraded, which we are very grateful for! The welcome treats were also so thoughtful. The service truly goes above and beyond!

Could not be more impressed
The Laguna is a perfect destination for couples. The size of the rooms and pools are fabulous. I could not find a single fault. The food is top class and all the staff are so accommodating and friendly. I had mentioned to my wife how well run the resort was. Then we had the pleasure to talk to the manager Heri. He mixes with the patrons to get feedback. His inquisitive and positive attitude flows through the whole facility.

Our stay at The Laguna was one of those family holidays I'll never forget. We stayed in one of the private villas, and it honestly felt like having our own boutique resort within the resort. With a private pool, tropical garden, outdoor shower, spa area, and even a dedicated space for private massages, everything was designed to help you completely slow down and enjoy every moment.
What impressed me most wasn't just the size of the villa, but how thoughtfully everything was maintained. The butler service was warm and genuinely helpful, calling a buggy whenever we needed one made getting around effortless, and every day there were small, thoughtful touches that made us feel truly cared for. Nothing felt overdone or forced—it simply felt like the team understood what guests needed before we even asked. Our family created memories here that we'll treasure for a very long time.
