Sapphire Bar
Putrii at the Sapphire Bar is amazing... so friendly, and 5 star service. Nothing was too hard... she looked after us and hopefully we will see her in Australia sometime or next time we come to the Laguna. The cocktails she makes is next level. A superstar!
The amazing Laguna
A fantastic hotel, we came here 30 years ago for our honeymoon and wanted to celebrate here again. The staff are brilliant and for us the best in the world.

Exceptional Service
My husband and I have had a wonderful stay at The Laguna. We have stayed at many Marriott hotels and resorts and have found the hospitality to be outstanding here. A couple of stand members that have stood out for their customer service which have made our stay more memorable are Fabian (Bar staff at Sapphire Bar) and expectional service from Bentar and Romi from the Binarbari Restaurant. Not sure who our room attendant was for Room 368 but a big thank you to them too for all that they do behind the scenes.
Amazing hotel !
Great location and atmosphere ! The room was spacious and had a huge bathroom. Excellent restaurant and direct access to to the beach. Multiple swimming pools available. Great cocktails ! Very safe location !

Such a great stay!
What a beautiful stay at The Laguna. We stayed for our honeymoon and the staff could not have been more attentive, and also helped us celebrate the occasion. We spent most of our days at the salt water lagoon pool next to the Sapphire Bar, and the staff was always making sure we had a drink in hand and were so friendly. Fabian was especially attentive and made our days so enjoyable. Our swim out lagoon room was also perfect for a quick jump and the room was always clean.
