Our villa was nothing short of exceptional—spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. However, the standout moment was our romantic 5-course beachfront dinner. Dining right by the water surrounded by delicate rose petals, flickering candles, and a giant illuminated "I Love You" sign made for a truly magical evening. Every course was exquisite, and the effort put into the romantic ambiance was top tier. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable stay!

From the moment we arrived at The Royal Santrian, we knew we had arrived somewhere special for part of our honeymoon. Luxury is often associated with beautiful villas and stunning surroundings, but what makes The Royal Santrian exceptional is its people. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely cared for, and their warmth and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable.

Our villa was simply breathtaking. It was immaculately clean every single day, and housekeeping paid incredible attention to even the smallest details. Fresh flowers were thoughtfully arranged throughout the villa, creating such a peaceful and romantic atmosphere. Returning each afternoon to find everything beautifully refreshed was always a highlight.

The little touches throughout our stay never went unnoticed. The complimentary afternoon tea became one of our favourite daily rituals, and we looked forward to it each afternoon. We also appreciated the drinks and snacks replenished in our villa, and the luxury toiletries were beautiful. Every detail had clearly been considered to make guests feel completely at home.

Breakfast each morning was outstanding. The quality of the food was exceptional, and we loved the beautifully presented tasting dishes and thoughtful extras that made every breakfast feel like a special occasion rather than just another hotel meal.

Dinner in the restaurant was equally memorable. If you're staying here, we would highly recommend trying the sushi—it was some of the best we have ever eaten. Combined with the attentive service and relaxed atmosphere, every evening meal was a real highlight of our stay.

The complimentary chauffeur service was another fantastic addition. Having transport available made exploring Nusa Dua effortless and added even more value to our stay. We also made use of the laundry service, which was completed promptly and to a very high standard—another thoughtful convenience that made travelling so much easier.

A very special thank you goes to Sujana, who was one of a truly exceptional team. We only wish we could remember everyone's names to thank them individually, and we apologise that we can't, because every member of staff played a part in making our honeymoon so special. Sujana's kindness, professionalism and genuine care stood out, but he represents a team that consistently goes above and beyond for their guests.

There are beautiful hotels all over Bali, but very few create the feeling that The Royal Santrian does. It is elegant without ever feeling pretentious, luxurious while remaining warm and personal, and every member of the team works tirelessly to ensure your stay is unforgettable.

Wow what a great hotel. The staff are fantastic they go to trouble of finding out about you and remember your name and what your dislikes and likes are regarding food. The hotel is beautiful total luxury we had our own private pool, the rooms are serviced twice a day and butler service nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is superb as much as you want and the afternoon tea is a delight. The area is I think typical Bali but a few good restaurants on the main road and a lovely beach walk on the front. Do not hesitate to book this hotel you will not be disappointed. My only criticism would be the Spa area it is just one of the rooms, they offer a bath and this is just the ordinary bath ( single) and when you are having the couples treatment it’s not really suitable. The treatments are expensive and plenty of other places to go near by half the price and better facilities
