The Westin Resort Nusa Dua

Having visited Bali two dozen times, I have a high standard for resorts, and this hotel is excellent overall. The location is great, and the staff are truly exceptional—we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ​However, there are a few areas that could be enhanced:

​Dining: Unfortunately, the in-house dining experience fell short compared to neighboring options. While the Ikan restaurant is the best of the onsite choices, the Japanese and Indian restaurants were nearly empty during our visits, resulting in a lack of atmosphere—likely due to their secluded location on the far side of the property. For a more vibrant dining scene, we highly recommend walking to the Nusa Dua Spa Hotel next door, where their Japanese restaurant is excellent. Also, do not miss Kekab Restaurant—it is well worth a visit! It’s an easy 10-minute walk along the boardwalk, and they serve some of the nicest Satay Chicken kebabs we have ever had. ​ Construction & Amenities: There was significant construction noise during our stay, which meant we spent much more time at the beach. Additionally, shade is quite limited—particularly on the beach area compared to other local resorts. That said, the pool staff were excellent and always quick to move sun lounges to help us find the best spot. ​ A fantastic property with top-tier service. While the Ikan restaurant is a great onsite choice, I would recommend exploring the options next door or taking a short walk along the boardwalk to Kekab for a truly memorable meal

Westin Bali Resort reeks of a beautiful traditional amd ethnic ambience of olden times, the lobby is criss-crossed with wooden beams and pillars carved beautifully, the floors above the lobby are lined with beams and structural half circle hanging balconies with huge chandeliers and plush sofas strewn across the lobby with huge carved n lighted pillars. The front desk lobby is beautifully decorated with a circled wood carvings. The rooms are situated in low rise outside the huge hotel grounds with a huge swimming pool with beautifully decorated canopies around the Pool. We visited this Resort in Nusa Dua for Dinner at the Ikan seafood restaurant which sits just next to the wrap around beach of the Hotel. The food was just delicious and tantalizing, with a mesmerizing fireshow to entertain the dining guests. Definitely recommend for Seafood lovers.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Westin Nusa Dua, Bali. While the resort itself is beautiful, it is the exceptional staff that truly makes this place special. She is simply the best! She showered our daughter with endless attention, care, and kindness throughout our entire stay.Culinary & Kitchen: Chef Adi was phenomenal. He personally took care of preparing lunch for our daughter every single day with outstanding dedication. Thank you also to the kitchen trainees, Darmawan and Yohana, for their hard work.Pool Service: A special thanks to Dunia (Supervisor), who was incredibly nice and professional, ensuring we had a full-service experience. Thank you also to Eva (pool trainee) for her great energy and helpfulness.Breakfast Team: Kudos to July (Supervisor) and Artini (Waitress) for their warm welcome, bright smiles, and efficient service every morning.Housekeeping: Shout out to Arsana for keeping our room spotlessly clean and providing impeccable service.Thanks to this attentive and caring team, we felt completely at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families! We cannot wait to return.
