Great Hotel spot in Sanur, Bali
This hotel is ideally located in Sanur, Bali, offering a warm vibe and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s perfect for walking or cycling, with the new ICON Sanur shopping center and plenty of charming local shops nearby. Dining is excellent both on-site and in the surrounding area, with numerous local restaurants to choose from, or you can simply unwind on the beach or by the pool. The beach and sand are clean, perfect for lounging under an umbrella, though swimming isn’t possible at low tide due to the reef—making it the perfect time for a dip in the pool. Rooms are clean and comfortable with exceptional housekeeping, and the restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast. The beautifully maintained grounds and ponds create a lovely setting for all guests, especially appealing to older visitors. Reception is outstanding and highly attentive. Sanur has recently undergone an infrastructure facelift, making it much easier to walk around.

Such a wonderful holiday
We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency and had such a wonderful experience.
The staff were amazing — so friendly, welcoming and always happy to go above and beyond to help. As I use a wheelchair, I really appreciated how accommodating they were nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and their kindness made such a difference to our stay.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the whole property was beautifully looked after. There was always someone around if we needed assistance.
We also loved the pools — they were such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the resort.
The breakfast was exceptional! There was a great variety of food, everything was kept well stocked, and the staff were always on top of clearing dishes and making sure everything was running smoothly. They really couldn’t have been more helpful.
The location of the hotel was also great with restaurants and shops within a short distance.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency. The beautiful property, wonderful breakfast and, most of all, the amazing staff made our stay so enjoyable. We’d happily come back!

Couldn’t fault our stay
Recently had a magical stay here - superb hotel, wonderful staff, great pool, close to lots of restaurants. I’ve convinced three people to stay here since!!
It is a palace of dreams for relaxing.
Great food and drink, you pay for it too at top Bali rates, but not too bad on a Western scale, because it is an immaculately maintained, well-facilitated 5-star hotel. (upgraded and reopened Jan 2019) The buffet breakfast is amazing with first-class service at every restaurant. Unfortunately, no water was served at dinner in Pizeria. You must pay the Hyatt group extra for plain drinking water. Great pools and lovely staff. Super clean, beautiful gardens, and every aspect is well-maintained to perfection. Quiet at night, comfortable rooms. - The toilet is a little small in the regular double, but the rooms have all the facilities well covered... My wi fi started slow, but it could have been my fault. All staff are very, very attentive, even when unsure about what you want, they keep trying. Probably nervous and trained to smile all day at everything, which must be exhausting. You cannot knock their eagerness, so I hope management pays them well. Only 1 hint: perhaps make the cups in the rooms bigger. I think travellers need more fresh water but just ask and you will get any extra room consumerable that you need

Nice but not a knock out
Good location, beachfront on the boardwalk. Easy walking up and down the beachfront with many bars, restaurants and shops. Not far to convenience store. Hotel is pricey for food and drink compared to other restaurants and bars outside. Happy hour is ok with 2 for 1 cocktails. Beach has a fair bit of seaweed. Main pool is busy and sun lounges are scarce with people reserving them and leaving them unattended. I found the best place to be the adult pool near the spa. Although, there are not enough sun lounges there either. The spa is good with experienced staff, however, much more expensive than spas outside of the resort.
