Be careful
Be very careful with the cancellation and refund conditions when booking this hotel. I paid for two nights but only stayed one because of my flight, and the second night was supposed to be refundable. I spent weeks going back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com, with each side blaming the other and nobody helping me. Very stressful and disappointing experience.
Top experience
We stayed here for one week on an all inclusive package and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very willing to help with any requests, nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast was catered for every nationality.
The cocktails and spirits were free flowing and anything you wanted was available even if it wasn't on the menu.
The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the ocean.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
Thank you to management and staff for making our holiday enjoyable.

The Amazing and magical Bali Beach Hotel
Loves the hotel it was pure magic !! Service and staff are five stars plus ! Indah at reception was so helpful and professional beyond any expectations - excellent !! Highly recommended to stay here .

Outstanding
Great Hotel with outstanding staff and service. Pool and Gym are great and Breakfast is amazing.
We ate at the hotel most days as quality of food is as good if not better than most outside places.

A must stay resort when in Bali
We will definitely be returning! We thought it would be a nice resort from the pictures, however the reality exceeded anything we were expecting. The building and decor is very luxurious and well maintained. It is spotlessly clean and the amenities are great. Great value for money. We had a package deal and the amount and variety of food available to eat was impressive. The wellness and Spa within the resort is tremendous. Possibly the best massage I have ever had! But I have to say the biggest impact that we all took away from our stay, is the staff. They are magnificent. So friendly and helpful. There was never a time when they weren’t smiling and happy to assist us. They made our stay memorable.
