A Truly Romantic and Special Evening
We had the most beautiful and memorable evening at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak. We were treated to a 5-course romantic dinner by the pool, which was beautifully decorated with rose petals and a gorgeous setup. The atmosphere was incredibly romantic, intimate and had such a lovely vibe throughout the evening.
The food was absolutely delicious, and we really appreciated how the menu was carefully adapted to accommodate our dietary requirements without compromising on flavour or presentation. Every course was beautifully presented and tasted amazing.
A special thank you to Andy, Sukma and Sadam, who looked after us throughout the evening. They were so attentive, welcoming and made us feel really special. Their service genuinely made the experience even more memorable.
This was such a lovely experience and the perfect way to spend a romantic evening together. Thank you to the whole team for making our evening so special! ❤️

Fantastic Hotel
We had a lovely time at this hotel. The location is close to shops, convenient stores, restaurants, and massage places. The staff are so lovely and always accomodating to all requests. A special shoutout to Nuadi for making our stay memorable. He always greeted us with a friendly smile and showed us great care and kindness during our stay.
Highly recommend staying here for fantastic service, great amenities, a beautiful pool area, and overall great value. The hotel restaurant is also great with a daily breakfast buffet and many lunch/dinner options which include a variety of cuisines.
Sukma—Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Stay
We had such a wonderful stay at the Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of.
Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the oversized rainfall shower head and amazing water pressure — definitely one of those little luxuries you appreciate after a full day exploring Bali! Our beautiful pool view was another highlight, and the pool area itself is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for relaxing.
While the hotel has a more established style rather than a brand-new modern feel, everything was comfortable, inviting, and well maintained. And although we usually love being directly on the beach, we honestly didn’t feel like we were missing much because the experience here was so enjoyable.
What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the hospitality. Sukma was absolutely exceptional! Her warmth, kindness, attentiveness, and personal service went above and beyond our expectations. She didn’t simply provide great service — she made us feel genuinely cared for, and that personal connection made our stay even more memorable.
Beautiful surroundings, spacious accommodations, wonderful amenities, and outstanding service. Sometimes it’s the people who make a hotel truly special, and Sukma certainly did that for us.
Five stars for the hospitality alone! We would happily stay here again.

It was okay but very noisy
Our stay at the Grand Mercure was generally a good experience. The location is good. The rooms are lovely and modern but beware, the walls are very thin and it is noisy. We were kept awake by the noise on two nights and woken early one morning at 6am by guests beside us talking loudly. The hotel needs to enforce reminders to patrons of being respectful to other guests by limiting noise within certain times. Each day in our bathroom we would get a sewerage smell that was a bit off putting. Breakfast was nice and being able to order your eggs rather than standing in line is a great idea. The pool area is crowded constantly and in my opinion, they need more pool lounges. Same old story - people putting towels on lounges then nowhere to be seen. This hotel is a busy hotel. It is clean and modern and the staff are friendly and obliging. The housekeeping did an amazing job decorating the room for my birthday which was very much appreciated. Would we stay again? Probably not. It’s too noisy for us.
