Wonderful stay in Bali
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, and everything was taken care of in great detail. The food was also excellent and we really enjoyed every meal. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to help. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would also like to give a special mention to our driver, Era. He was extremely professional, friendly, and gave us some great recommendations that made our trip even better. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely come back!
Best team ever!
Really nice staying. Peofessional staff, replying to all the requests at any hour. The girls from reception are so kind and so polite and also the housekeeper Dekawan made really nice decorations while we were out so it's been a really nice suprise, not to mention how tidy the room is everyday, an amazing guys making our stay better. Thank you all the staff for our holiday!
