Fairytale wedding and stay
We honestly could not have dreamed of a more perfect place to get married than Jannata Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay felt like a fairytale.
Our wedding day was absolutely magical, and the entire team went above and beyond to make everything feel completely seamless. Every detail was handled with such care and attention, allowing us to simply relax, enjoy every moment and take it all in. Despite the many moving parts that come with a wedding, everything ran so smoothly and exactly as we had hoped.
A very special thank you to Iga and the entire Jannata team. Iga was incredible from start to finish — so attentive, kind, organised and genuinely invested in making our wedding day perfect. We always felt that we were in the safest hands, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The communication, organisation and support throughout our stay were exceptional.
The resort itself is breathtaking. Waking up surrounded by the lush greenery of Ubud, the beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings made it feel like we had stepped into our own little paradise. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, which made our entire stay even more special.
Our wedding was intimate, romantic and truly felt like a real-life fairytale — and Jannata played such a huge part in making that possible.
We will forever look back on our time at Jannata as one of the most special experiences of our lives. Thank you to Iga and the entire Jannata team for giving us the wedding and stay we had always dreamed of. We could not recommend Jannata Resort & Spa highly enough. ❤️

Brilliant Hotel
We are currently at the jannata Hotel and we cannot fault the hotel, the staff are the best that we have ever had. The hotel is in the jungle area of Ubud and you can either walk into Ubud or use the hotel shuttle bus which is great. The food served each day is absolutely amazing with the colour of Bali. But as I said the staff make this the best experience ever. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thanks to everyone.

Beautiful Resort
Amazing resort, the view is stunning and the service is really good. Dandung helped us with our luggage and he was very polite, as was Ari at the reception! I proposed to my partner here and Iga organised everything beautifully. Would definitely recommend to stay here if planning to visit Ubud!
Perfect Stay from Start to Finish
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort and spa! Everything was simply perfect, from the beautiful surroundings and comfortable rooms to the incredible service. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and they truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quality time. The spa was also an amazing experience everything was well taken care of and we left feeling completely relaxed.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️
