Excellent location, conveniently situated close to the center of Ubud, making it ideal for tourism.
We traveled with our family to celebrate our sister's wedding nearby. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the center of Ubud and ideal for tourism. The staff at the hotel are as friendly as any other local Balinese people; they were kind and genuinely eager to help.
We would like to give a special shout-out to the concierge staff, the cleaner of our room, and Mang Tri from the restaurant. They made our stay memorable, and we are very pleased to see that all the personnel are valued by the management.

A Birthday to remember
The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Rooms were huge, and tastefully decorated. Our balcony had the most stunning views, breakfast was an event, and the 2 pools were never crowded(even though the hotel was full). Staff were friendly and polite. They even sang Happy Birthday to me! I can’t wait to return.

Idyllic setting and piece of unspoilt living history
We were here as a large group of family and friends and had the most memorable stay. The hotel is absolutely stunning and steeped in history which I liked looking at in the old photos adorning the walls. The hotel manager Supata is an absolute professional and could not have done more for us to make sure we were happy and fixing a few issues that had come up. The conceierge Nadi whom I enjoyed some chats with is also worth a mention, an extremely nice man and who told me that he worked there for 28 years, so himself and the hotel must be doing things right for a long time. Seems like a lot of steps at first, but it isn't bad at all once you get into it. The spa is a lovely haven and can't remember ever being in one more tranquil. The fresh water pool was our favouite with facilities right beside it and longers and fresh towels and the lower pool was very nice too and more in the sun,the only thing I found with it was the chlorine levels were a bit off and when I dived it it burnt my eyes. Overall this is a wonderful place and looks like something you'd just see in a painting or postcard and we would all be very happy to stay again.

Stunning authentic Indonesian hotel
This authentic Indonesian hotel is in a stunning location, beautiful greenery all around you. Each generously seized room had its own outside front door and little paths connected them all. It was very clean and had friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel
