Amazing hotel with beautiful grounds
We booked the Sankara Villas for our honeymoon and it was the perfect choice for us. From the moment we arrived it was serene. The hotel has the most beautiful grounds with a stunning huge villa and the most amazing staff that could not do enough for you. Just a 10minute drive into Ubud it has a great location as you can get in and out easily of the town centre but when you want to relax it's very peaceful. Emy and Yogi were so helpful and kind to us during our visit.
Our driver Bagus was also fantastic as he knew the area so well and we booked a day trip with him through the hotel, he has great English and we learnt alot about Bali from him. Thank you again Sankara, 100% recommend.
A hidden Gem.
Sankara is a hidden gem. We totally enjoyed our stay there for three nights. The service was great and we were always greeted with a smile . The villa we stayed was beautiful with a Nice koi pond and jungle facing us. The food there was great too and the staff were all friendly and gentle … will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting ubud .

Magical
My first solo trip. I was unsure about how it was going to turn out but it was wonderful. A lot of things to do, the spa therapists are amazing, each and every one had healing hands and helped me with my sore back. Special thanks to Dekna, and Widi and Partini. I highly recommend getting the sacred warm body ritual and the flower bath is a must. The drivers are very helpful and made the tour more special as I felt comfortable and had a tour guide and a personal photographer not just a driver thanks Nyoman and Badu (Mardy) for going above and beyond!
Super duper!
What a fantastic place to stay. Good location close to the centre, calm and relaxed vibe and the staff were so gracious and friendly. We only stayed 3 nights and would have liked longer. We had evening meals twice. The food was first class and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also a treat. The rooms were large and clean. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
