Pathetic. Please do not stay in room 2802.
Shower door wont close so puddles of water everywhere, cistern wont work. ac wont work, room way smaller then the rest, sink wont drain. room 2802. i would not repeat the mistake of staying. Breakfast top notch, other than that, very very let down and disappointed with such a fancy hotel. was recommended very strongly. therefore used it. was charged twice by hotels.com. Not sure how to react. Thank you kindly. Was celebrating anniversary, recd cake thank you.

Very good hotel
Great hotel, easy to get there by train from the airport, very well located, the bedroom very nice and comfortable , nice bathroom but I decided to take a bath and the bathtub was with hair and the wall was dirty too (I thought it was just from the wall but I tried to clean it with paper and part of came off, so it wasn’t clean too) and I was too tired to call the reception, so I just took a shower and went to sleep a bit frustrated. The breakfast was perfect, one of the best breakfast I ever had. Here some photos from my bedroom view and the breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were great and very kind people.

Short and sweet stay.
A quick and smooth check-in with Jah and Rose. A clean and spacious room. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A lovely experience overall. A place to come back to next time I am in Bangkok. Thank you!
