Spacious room and helpful staff
We had a very nice stay here. Our two-bedroom room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was also good. The staff were very helpful, especially Wat from the concierge team. I often asked him for help and recommendations during our stay. He helped us arrange a popular hair salon for three people at the same time, even though it was difficult to get a booking. He also recommended a very good head spa, a nice rooftop bar and a fun nightclub. We really appreciated his help and recommendations. Thank you, Wat and the concierge team
Serious value luxury
Kiran and Mill in the executive lounge are wonderful. The corner suite is so comfy and pretty. Breakfast is delicious. 10/10. For this price point the location and luxury can’t be beat.

A comfortable and welcoming stay in Bangkok
We stayed in a leafy pocket of the city near Lumphini park but close enough to the Chitlom BTS station and surrounding malls. The 1-bed room suite was immaculately maintained, spacious and comfortable. We were well looked after by the wonderful staff at Oriental Residences, especially Kiran in the Executive lounge.
Best hotel I have ever stay at
