Pullman Khao Lak Resort

This was our first time staying here, and we booked two rooms. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was beautiful, and the atmosphere was lovely. The food was delicious as well. A special thanks to Khun Nan, who helped us with our luggage and provided excellent service. He was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. The only downside was that it rained from time to time, so unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we wanted. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

I originally booked five nights at Pullman Khao Lak and ended up staying for ten. That probably says more about the hotel than any rating could!

It’s a beautiful beachfront resort with a relaxed beach vibe that makes it very easy to switch off. The rooms are spacious and contemporary, and the whole property is well maintained without feeling too polished or stiff.

The service was consistently warm and professional. Stephanie from Guest Relations made a particularly good first impression, while Georgi was a very nice and approachable point of contact throughout my stay and even before my arrival. He was always easy to talk to and genuinely interested in making sure I was enjoying the stay.

There’s a good choice of food and drinks across the resort, and I was very happy with the overall quality.

What I liked most was simply the combination of the beautiful beach, the relaxed atmosphere, good rooms and genuinely friendly people.

Room was kept neat and clean by Ko Nan and his team. He was great as our porter, taking bags to our room and bringing them down to the lobby for us at the end of our trip. Our pool bar tender was wonderful and made the best drinks at the resort. My favourite was the Pina Colada. WiFi reception was very spasmodic, choice of tv channels was terrible. We were on an all inclusive trip and the food became very monotonous.
