Lovely hotel and fantastic staff.
A fantastic hotel, a delicious breakfast, and excellent service. Perfect for families with children; there are lots of fun activities for the kids in the evenings.
The hotel itself deserves five stars; we were a bit unlucky and happened to be there right in the middle of renovations. Our room was right next to the work area, so there was quite a bit of noise. However, the other person in our travel party, whose room was closer to the beach, was not affected.
We would happily return once the renovations are complete, and we want to give a special recommendation to the chef who made a delicious omelet every morning and always made time for a pleasant chat while we waited for it to be ready. A friendly suggestion: perhaps the music at breakfast could start a bit later and be played at a slightly lower volume.
I’d also like to add that the hotel is perfectly located for Fisherman’s Village; the room is impeccably clean, and the clothes they wash for you come out wonderfully soft and nice.

Warning: Do not approach until the end of November.
Heads-up, everyone: the hotel is undergoing major construction work involving jackhammers, making it impossible to sit by the pool due to the noise. If you’ve booked a stay, I suggest cancelling! This is going on until the end of November, every day from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. They claim it’s mentioned in the fine print on Booking.com. The noise is so loud that you can't even open your room window all day long.

Central location , good variety of food, many activities esp. For kids.. Really nice hotel for family and kids.. Lovely hospitality.. Room is clean. Pillow and bed are comfortable.. Strong AC.. Even for solo traveler ,there are quiet sections/room for you also..

Good but space for impovement
The hotel itself is very nice, and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good and the service there was pleasant.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the pool area was a big disappointment. The area around the pool, including the sun loungers, was visibly dirty – there were bird droppings, food stains and general dirt that clearly had not been properly cleaned. The pool itself could also have been maintained much better.
For a resort of this standard and price category, this level of cleanliness in one of the main areas of the hotel is simply not acceptable. It is a shame because otherwise the hotel is attractive, the rooms are nice and clean, and breakfast was enjoyable. With proper and regular cleaning of the pool area, the overall experience could be significantly better.
