U Samui

We had a wonderful week at The Culture Samui. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always ready to help. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It had a minibar and facilities for making coffee and tea. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and could be enjoyed either inside or outside, with the sea in the background. The swimming pool was very nice with a beautiful view over the sea, and we could always find a place to sit or relax. A very comfortable and relaxing hotel with excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel but next door to a very loud banging hotel, sitting by the pool was like being in a nightclub the music coming from next door so loud. Not enough shaeded areas outside, if you wanted shad you had to sit inside in the smaĺl bar which is shame as I like to sit outside and have a drink but there was no shaded area. Limited sunbeds had to sit on towel on the grass which at my age is not good lol. Paid for upgrade to Seaview and ground floor, shame all we could see was a pile of dirty towels and lost propertie from our room, maybe should think of relocation of these away from room views, also put a sunbed right at the end of the path from our room🫣.Housekeeping absolutely amazing 💯 and so kind and helpful. Bar staff and restaurant staff brilliant and very helpful 👍. Food was top quality had a couple of meals there. Not alot going on outside bars very quiet but very easy to book shuttle through hotel to fisherman's village.
