Great Family Run Hotel
Location fantastic, right on the beach. Very chilled vibe, even though very busy. Main road just at the front which has everything you need with plenty of restaurants, spas and bars etc. Family room in new block was excellent Food was great Pool was full of children with lots of jumping and splashing, no respect and not relaxing Towels - they were very strict with these and only allowed 1 each and if you didn't bring them back that day they'd threaten to bill you. Beds on the beach were taken away too early. Sometimes around 5pm when we'd still want to lie around for the sunset and have some cocktails. They were solid wood and heavy so doubt they'd have been stolen. 2 different massage arears were both fantastic.

Fabulous family fun
We stayed at 4 hotels in Thailand this trip, but this was our first stop. Our kids LOVED the second pool that winds between rooms like a little river. There is a second pool bar for this hotel and my kids drank fruit shakes all day and the staff were so nice and accommodating for my (crazy) kids!
We also ate a family dinner on the beach, but due to many food restrictions we cannot eat from any kitchen - they still gave us a table right on the sand to weatch the sun set and cleared the table for us to unpack our own food - such hgreat service! This was a 5 star experience, 100%

Excellent 3 star hotel.
Is the best 3 star hotel I've ever been to. Ideally placed between Chaweng Beach and the busy main road. We enjoyed the excellent breakfasts and dining on the beach in the evening. We booked a bungalow near the beach as double rooms were up stairs with no lift. The staff went over and beyond to help me with my handicap disabilities and were always cheerful and willing. Good buggy service from reception to our room. Good massage services and more than enough sunbeds so no scrambling. Only 2 drawbacks were aircraft over head, although this finished between 10.00pm and 7.00am, although we quickly got used to it, but we did find the music from the nearby Ark bar to be upsetting until 2.00am each night.

Chaweng Gardens Beach Resort
We have just arrived back after a 17 day stay with friends.We have stayed here on multiple times,and will definitely be back.From the Front desk to all the staff working around the resort are first class.Tong and Zaw were fantastic looking after everyone down on the beach.I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is thinking of visiting Koh Samui😀

Great resort, friendly staff right in the heart of Chaweng. Beachfront plenty of sunbeds breakfast amazing. Great coffee amazing fire shows on the beach at night. Recommend.👍
