Arrive to the long dramatic illuminated lobby at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui with a fresh breeze flowing through and natrual sun and moonlight coming through. Walking along this fresh lobby walkway, will take you all the way to the the oceans edge for the perfect frame for your first vacation photo. The resort is built around the YangNa Trees (protected trees in thailand) and coconut trees, famous to Koh Samui. The hotel grounds has over 600 trees on our 8 acres, the hotel design based on the hotel being a gallery within the protected forest allowing guests many places to sit, rest, look out to the ocean, walk within tropical and garden flower beds and of course celebrate. The hotel has 140 rooms, including a regency club, 17 suites and 7 pool villas. Each of the villas are at the beach and seaside edge and have large expansive deck areas. The Presidential Villa is the largest and most luxurious of all. The hotel has a signature grill restaurant and bar by the beach, Lobby Bar social space and a Spa of 5 treatments rooms (2 are double suites). The hotel has event space of 190sqm allowing sit down western dinners of 100pax, cocktails for 150, and we welcome events outdoors, beach and other locations of our hotel.

Great place to stay in Ko Samui
The Hyatt is located about 10 minutes from the airport - a short Grab ride away. It's centrally located to get to the many tourist attractions around the island. However, there's not much to walk to near the resort. The resort itself is clean and well laid out. The beautiful views are what you'd expect. It doesn't quite have any sunrise or sunset views over the ocean, but spectacular, nonetheless. There's only a small beach and the sand is coarse compared other beaches. The room they provided was well sized and had a full ocean view. We used the spa and club lounge quite a bit during our stay. The staff was very polite and helpful. They gave us a welcome gift and a memorable parting gift.

Humans of Hyatt
The location is very private therefore you need transport to do anything outside of what is offered in the hotel. The pool area is significant however unfortunately the same people would save sunbeds while not there for hours on the daily which IMO find extremely disrespectful to other paying customers. The breakfast is insane and the best I have experienced. The rooms are spacious & clean and housekeeping do a great job. In fact all of the staff are fabulous. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Amazing tropical getaway
Outstaning hotel. We stayed 7 nights, and since we had an all-inclusive Luxury Escapes package, rarely left the property. The food was outstanding, and the service amazing. Highly recommend visiting the day spa, and we completed the Thai cooking class as well which was really enjoyable. If you're looking for a secluded getaway for a few nights (or a week), I highly recommend.

You won’t regret!
We had an amazing stay! The situation of room, cleaning, food and drinks quality and the atmosphere were just perfect for a family with kids.
Beautiful Hotel in such an amazing site
Beautiful hotel. We spent 3 days in Koh Samui. The hotel is beautiful and so are the surroundings. Great service. The rooms are really pretty and spacious; however, I would have loved to have a family suite big enough to comfortably host the four of us.
