Beware when booking
Our experience — sharing so others can be careful
We emailed this hotel directly to enquire about a booking. Within 2 hours, we received a reply with availability and prices and how to pay. We believed we were dealing with the hotel and paid.
We were scammed — our enquiry was intercepted and someone impersonating the hotel took our payment. The money never reached the hotel and we never had a real booking.
When we told the hotel what happened, they said they were sorry but could not explain how our details were accessed, and offered no support in resolving it.
If you contact this hotel by email, be cautious — verify you're speaking to a genuine official channel before paying and book using a credit card for protection.

Exceptional Service & Beautiful Resort
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was amazing, as always! A special thank you to Bovee and her wonderful team—Tu, Mind, Ram, Sek, Y Bank, Yui, and J. They provided exceptional service throughout our stay and created such a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our vacation even more enjoyable.
The resort itself is stunning, the beachfront is absolutely beautiful, and everything was well maintained. We always feel so relaxed and well taken care of here. We highly recommend this resort and can't wait to come back!
Worst experience ever
Pathetic services The night duty housekeeping not available They simply said we don’t give water bottles you can go and buy from seven eleven Also they charge you for the laundry bag incase you take it with you Would never recommend this hotel to anyone Staff entered the room even if we are in the washroom

Relaxing resort vibe
Recommend this resort for a relaxing beach holiday. We stayed at Resotel for 11 nights over Songkran and Easter, and although the hotel was busy the staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and bar facilities, and the buffet breakfast options were good. Recommend staying on a high floor if not in a pool villa, as we got a balcony with a sea view.
