Perfectly Named! Absolutely a Sanctuary as an Antidote to Civilization! I booked 7 nights and extended 10. I would have stayed longer if I didn't have another place already booked. I hope to return again next year.

A worldclass yoga- detox experience
This a world class wellness experience. I spent a week here doing the detox program and from beginning to end my experience of the resort, the team and the facilities exceed my expectations. I appreciated the approach and commitment to the client and how attentive the staff are. I have lived all over the world and I have to say the fitness, wellness, spa and yoga facilities are the best I have ever experienced. These folks have been around for a while and have ironed out all the kinks. The detox itself was a challenge but I felt supported and by the end despite still missing my coffee I feel amazing and am leaving with expert advice I can take forward to modify my lifestyle to reach my goals!

Wellness Pilates Retreat
The hotel is located at a quiet, remote Place away from the town. The room I stayed in is very clean and comfortable. The staff there were all very friendly and helpful. The Retreat Program was very well executed. We enjoyed delicious healthy meals and drinks: We were blessed to be guided by the very professional and awesome Pilate Instructor, JP from Bangkok! Awesome place to relax and enjoy!

Reformer pilates retreat with JP
Attended a reformer Pilates retreat with JP, and it was such an amazing experience! JP is by far the most professional, detailed, and inspiring Pilates instructor I've ever met. His charisma truly lights up every class and brings great energy to everyone around him.
The retreat also offered plenty of healthy food options, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Definitely one of the best retreats I've ever been to. I'll be back in a heartbeat if JP hosts another retreat!
My First Solo Travel
I saw the Pilates retreat with JP on Facebook here in Absolute Sanctuary. It’s my first solo travel at the age of 54. The whole experience is magical. The facilities are great; gym, contrast treatment, Pilates studios (stott), full scale spa, large swimming pool, restaurant that serves endless choices of healthy food and you can go to the beach on their free shuttle twice a day. What make them different is the whole energy of their staff. I can tell they’re well trained in hospitality. More than a job, I think they actually love working here! :) Salute to the owner, I think her name is Ben :) . Of course my Pilates trainer JP who hails from Bangkok who made the classes ever so fun yet challenging you to do better. Today is my last day here, I hugged Shena and found myself tearing up. This journey is about me finding myself again at this age and she made me feel welcomed and loved. Of course I will be back soon enough. I found my sanctuary!
