A wonderful place
We arrived in June and we were blown away by our room which was downstairs and had a huge pool. There was 3 of us and we had so much room so spacious. I loved the old Thai style of the room, the air con was great, housekeeping spot on everything about our accommodation was wonderful. If you are like me and love the sea this is your place, the beach is magnificent, you can literally walk into the water, its clear and calm, the sand is soft - pure heaven. The swimming pool is fabulous as there are various places to sunbathe which was so good for us as the weather was boiling so we just cooled down in the pool or sea. The staff so kind, nothing was ever too much trouble, its was our sons birthday while we were there and they left a lovely cake and decorated his bed which was a lovely surprise for him. Breakfast was good, not a great selection and where the food was was quite a small space but still lovely. The Spa is in a cave - quite an experience. I had a couple of massages and I floated out. The only things I think could be better are the sun beds as they are so uncomfortable and the treatment beds in the spa. They look quite old - Please get new beds it would make the massages feel more comfortable. Outside the hotel is really good as there are 7 -11l's, Restaurants, bars, pharmacy etc, Fishermans Village is very close and Chewang about 20mins. In a nutshell, beautiful hotel, stunning beach and great location. We will be back next June for sure and I am already telling my clients about how fab the hotel is.
Koh Samui in March
What a find, had a wonderful week here at the beginning of March. The room was excellent, loved the pool to the room. The restaurant for breakfast was great, all the staff so helpful, genuinely pleased to see you each day. Whilst there we did the Thai cookery course thoroughly enjoyable, although we cooked too much food ! The dinner show on the beach is a must. The beach including sun beds and shades was great, hotel staff always on hand to assist. The room was always well serviced and a small surprise awaiting us every evening. The hotel staff advised us to visit the Elephant Kingdom sanctuary which is a must to be able to feed and get up close to the animals.

Sad to see the deterioration at this resort
Needs a massive refurbishment. Third stay here and rooms are tired and not up to a 5 star standard. Room was so dusty and not properly cleaned when we arrived, had to call house keeping back. Towels are old and fraying. Sadly the food from the beach restaurant has also gone down and this is clear as no one is eating here. Even a regular Phad Thai was over priced and missing ingredients- very disappointing. We will definitely be trying other resorts in the area rather than returning here in the future.
Stunning hotel with real Thai feel
Absolutely incredible hotel. We stayed in a family villa and wow. I dont think we’ll ever stay in a room like it again.
The pool in the room made it so worthwhile, coming back after a day at the beach and the kids can splash around before going out.
Staff were very friendly and the resort app is a great addition to make life easier when ordering anything in the hotel.
This is our second trip to Koh Samui and the location here is unbeatable. Beautiful beach with very low tide. The kids could walk quite a way out and still be in shallow water.
Two very tiny things: breakfast was very nice but more limited choice than many other hotels. But we have a fussy 6 year old and she ate well every day. Service around the pool, this is a massive first world problem but someone coming past for us to order drinks during the day would really level up the whole experience.
If we return to Koh Samui we will not be staying anywhere else.

This hotel is so lovely. We had a family pool suite garden view room, it’s a huge room! It was clean and had everything you needed (hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle)The pool area was always very quiet. There are hotel beds on the beach. The beach is lovely, it gets busy but not overwhelming. It has a lovely chilled vibe. There are people selling things in the beach but if you say no they will move on. There are plenty of places to get a Thai massage on the beach. Breakfast at the hotel was great and had a lot of different options on offer. You can even order ice coffee’s or lattes to have with your breakfast! My son has a nut allergy, each of the restaurants at the hotel were really good at accommodating this and checking ingredients. Lay, Nila , Mars and Mew were some of the staff that made a really good impression on us. The beach bar/restaurant served a good mix of dishes and then there was also an Italian that was a hit with our kids. We stayed Full board but probably not worth it as there are so many restaurants close by. Opposite the hotel is a 7 11 shop. The hotel is about 10mins from the big Buddha temple and about 20mins from Fisherman village and Chaweng Beach. It’s very close to the airport but you don’t get any aircraft noise. The grounds at the hotel are kept beautiful. We had an amazing stay here and can’t fault it.
