Set on Lamai Beach on Koh Samui's popular east coast, just 10 minutes walk from Lamai centre with its wide choice of shops and nightlife and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Offering 13 bungalows, 2 Pool Villas and 16 guest rooms set in a 2-storey building all furnished in a contemporary Thai style and equipped with air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with shower and safety box. The resort's restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and overlooks the beach; serving seafood, European, Thai and Chinese dishes plus a BBQ party once a week. Relax at the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the beach, plus the resort has children's pool, pool bar, baby sitting service and laundry service.

Great!
The hotel has a perfect location, right on a beautiful beach and close to all the action. The night market is just around the corner. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the hotel grounds with the small pool are beautifully designed and well maintained. The breakfast offers something for everyone. Freshly prepared eggs are available in a variety of styles, along with pancakes, a selection of fresh fruits, and different fruit juices. What really stands out, however, is the staff. They were always attentive, anticipated every wish, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended!

Island's best hidden gems
The staff at Sand Sea Resort and their sister property, Baan Hin Sai, were absolutely outstanding. Special thanks to Mild, Cindy, Jorr, Nop, Boy, and the rest of the team for making our stay so memorable. Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived.
These resorts are incredibly family-friendly, with an atmosphere that is both welcoming and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. I highly recommend either of these wonderful establishments to anyone looking for exceptional service and a true home-away-from-home experience.
Excellent
We spent a wonderful two weeks at Sans Sea Beach Resort. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. The location is excellent, in a quiet area yet close to shops, restaurants, and massage services. There are ample sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, and a wonderful large tree provides soothing shade for those who don't like prolonged exposure to the sun. Beach towels and a very handy beach bag are provided. The excellent hospitality and helpfulness of all the resort staff deserve special mention. Breakfast is excellent with a fantastic sea view. It's practically right on the beach. The resort is richly landscaped. Room check-out is by 12 noon. Since our return flight wasn't until 9 p.m., we could enjoy the beach or pool all day. Before transferring to the airport, they provided us with a room to shower and change for the journey.
