Amazing
Amazing atmosphere and vibe, most helpful and friendly staff. They really successfully fulfilled their motto: «whenever, whatever» Hotel rooms new and so clean, 2 times a day it was cleaned, we had beach side room, 5 meters to the main beach. We will come back ( family of 4)

A Lovely Stay at W Koh Samui
We had a lovely stay at W Koh Samui. From the moment we arrived Nancy made us feel very welcomed. Initially our request for a late check out was not available, however she kept checking and the next morning she made it happen. She shared lots of insights with us and we could not have come across a nicer, sweeter person.
