I do really love the sailings experience, and the key was the guy Ko he is really nice and interesting guy and has many knowledge about the sea + the activities in it and his main concern is the safety for everyone (:
Amazing family holiday
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort with our one-year-old son, and we can highly recommend it to anyone, especially families. The resort is beautiful, green, spacious, and located right on an amazing beach. The pools, restaurants, and bars were all excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal during our stay. Special thanks to Prae at Cocovida bar, the staff at Mangosteen, and many more whose names we don't know by heart. What truly made this place exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our biggest highlight was the Kids Club. It offers fantastic educational toys and activities, and the team there is simply amazing. A special thank you to Yaya, Ja, Fafa, and Poly, who were so caring, engaging, and wonderful with our son. We spent a lot of time there. The resort also offers plenty of activities for children of all ages, making it a perfect destination for families. We will definitely be back!
Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything at Dusit Thani was exceptionally well organized. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and the level of service exceeded our expectations throughout our entire stay.
We would especially like to recognize Far, who made every breakfast a wonderful experience. She is incredibly helpful, friendly, intelligent, and has an outstanding memory. Even during the busiest breakfast hours, she remains calm, keeps an excellent overview, and creates a relaxed atmosphere.
On the one day she wasn't there, we immediately noticed that the breakfast area felt much more chaotic, which clearly showed how valuable she is to the team.
Far is genuinely caring and sincerely interested in people. She always takes the time to talk to guests, listens attentively, and speaks excellent English, making it easy to have meaningful conversations with her. She is an employee the hotel can be extremely proud of. We truly believe she has a very bright future ahead of her and enormous potential to grow even further.
We would also like to thank the staff driving the golf carts. Every single one of them was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always picked us up and dropped us off with a smile, and their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Please pass on our sincere appreciation to them as well.
During our stay, our son suddenly became ill in the middle of the night after what was most likely food he had eaten at the night market. He vomited in the room, and within minutes the hotel staff arrived to help us. They immediately cleaned everything thoroughly, mopped the floor, replaced all the bedding and made sure everything was fresh again. Their response was fast, professional, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful moment. We are very grateful for the care and kindness they showed our family.
Experiences like these are what truly set a hotel apart. The attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable.
Thank you to the entire team at Dusit Thani for making our holiday so special. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and genuine Thai hospitality.

The hotel was good. Our bartender at the pool, Add was fantastic in serving us . The 1 thing to complain was the construction being done non stop during our 3 night stay. Other than that, all was well.
Great service and great facilities
Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon and the service was nothing but exceptional. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.
We ate at both restaurants and the food was delicious. We had two stand out servers called Prae Boon Imron from Mangosteen's and (unfortunately I only caught their name from their nametag) Rudy from Limoncello who provided us exceptional service, giving great recommendations from the menu and making sure we always felt welcomed.
Would highly recommend anyone to stay here we had a fantastic time.
