Superb hotel to visit!!
I would really recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to relax, enjoy the beach, great/ superb service mind teams.
I have been visiting many hotels around the world, never had any wonderful experience as this hotel.
Start from the hotel manager, he is French (John/ Tom); we spoke every time we meet at the hotel). He, himself greets any guests he meets, very polite with great smiles. Make any guests feel comfortable.
Staff at the hotel, really provide great service (more than I would expect ;D), nice, kind and very polite.
Ladies at the lounge (Dina- if not mistaken her name, and Pepsi) are very kind from the day 1 I checked in. My husband just showed a team member at the lounge that he likes this cake (but it was not on the service that day), a few moments later, she came in with a plate of that cake in hand for his. We felt very special! Thank you so much!!
White Lotus restuarant, all the staff are really great! polite, checking on us on how the food was, chatted with us to share places we could go, what we could do! (Sao/ Lita/ May/ Jib/ Som/K/Mook and with the chefs Chef Jay and Mahabir. Indian food was great!!!
Last compliment I want to give, the HR and People team, I feel that you have done a superb job (of course with the managers as well), in recruiting such a special team. Right people for the right job (very service mind). It is not easy to find but this is really incredible!
I will surely come back again soon, and will also share this experience with whoever wants to come to Krabi!!!

Spa experience
Wonderful resort. Friendly staff. Good ambience. Took a spa session at the hotel. Very relaxing and satisfying experience. Ms Nah went out of the way to make it a very comfortable experience

Spectacular property & location (beachfront) with the biggest lafoon pool in Thailand (maybe the world?)🌎 Great beach, local food & beverages as are the hotel options !!

Excursion review
Al was very helpful organizing our family excursion exploring the 4 island via speedboat. Did not pressure us into taking any particular package. The crew on the boat were friendly and Sea helped us take beutiful photos when we were out on the water.
Wonderful dinner and amazing services
We had a wonderful dinner at Venezia Restaurant! Thank you to Pee Mai, Ple, Sao, Rita, Chef Jay, Mook, and K for taking such great care of us. Everyone provided excellent and highly professional service. All the food we had was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful.
The Kids’ Club here is also very nice and clean, and they even have a big ball pit! Sandy, Anfield, Prae, and Sanin took great care of the children and provided excellent service.
We truly enjoyed our experience and would love to come back again next time! ❤️
