Fantastic Cooking Class for the Kids!
Our kids had such an amazing time at the cooking class today! It was fun, interactive and such a wonderful experience for them.
The food they prepared was absolutely delicious — honestly, WOW! 😍 The kids were so proud of what they made, enjoyed every moment of the class, and are already excited to try cooking the dishes again when we get home.
A very special thank you to Chef Bank, Mo and Arm for being so kind, patient and wonderful with the children. You made the whole experience fun, relaxed and memorable for them.
Definitely one of the highlights of our stay and a fantastic activity for families. Highly recommended! ❤️

Birthday Vacation
I had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Krabi and was truly impressed by the warm and attentive service throughout my visit.
A special thank you to Fah, who made my check-in experience extremely comfortable and welcoming.
The breakfast experience was also very convenient and enjoyable, thanks to Ying and the many other wonderful team members who were always attentive and ready to assist. Their genuine hospitality made each morning a pleasant start to the day.
Finally, my check-out with Tarn was absolutely flawless. The process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great professionalism.
Overall, the service from the entire team was exceptional. Thank you to Fah, Ying, Tarn, and all the other staff members who made my stay at Banyan Tree Krabi so memorable. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would be happy to return again.

Honeymoon. Ally the best
Went to celebrate our honeymoon. They arranged a surprise decoration in our room!. Ally did our checkin and took care of us during all our stay. To make our honeymoon unforgettable she surprised us with an upgrade to an amazing villa. Thank you!!!! And she gave us a farewell gift. We will come back!!

What an absolute Gem!
Just returned from a 4 night stay in the Ocean Suite, it was perfect for my family. Location wise, it is far from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. Tubkaek Beach is more quiet and if you value peace and quiet, this will be the spot. The whole Hotel team exceeded my expectations in many ways. They went above and beyond when my son fell ill and taken care of him like part of the family. I'm truly touched by the Hotels gesture.
The Hotel itself is a gem with big rooms, a good pool, and restaurants that meet dietary restriction if necessary. All Hotels can have good facilities but I truly commend the greatest asset for Banyan Tree Krabi is the after thoughts and little touches by the Hotel staff. They will try to entertain the smallest of requests and pamper us.
And for this I truly look forward to a longer stay here in future. Money well spent. 5 stars and nothing less!
