Awesome experience
Location 10 Atmosphere 10 Rooms 10 Value 10 Our stay at pullman panwa was awesome. Picturesque location, all facilities are available. Halal food option and 7/11 are just opposite the resort. We wanted our check out 1 and half hour late and the staff member Takky made it so easy for us and dealt in a beautiful manner. We loved our stay.

Fabulous Family Getaway
We recently stayed at the Pullman Phuket Panwa for 9 nights with our 4 year old daughter and had a fabulous holiday. It's a beautiful family focused property in a small bay in the Panwa area - we are already planning another trip! The property is beautiful, the food is varied and delicious, the staff are world class and the kids club was excellent.
We stayed in beach front pool villa, which was large and airy. The arrival experience delighted our four year old; a cupcake making welcome plate, inflatable flamingo in the pool and access directly to the beach - paradise! The housekeeping team were great and the bedding was very comfortable.
The pools look as good as the official hotel photos and it was never a problem finding a nice sunbed to relax on. The beach is tidal, at high tide we spent a lot of time swimming and kayaking around the bay. At low tide we had fun spotting shells, crabs and starfish.
The kids club really exceeded our expectations. Our 4 year old daughter absolutely loved spending a couple of hours there each day. The space is relatively basic, but the soft play, blocks and toy kitchen provided lots of entertainment. Staff such as ZJ, Noon and Preena were amazing and we felt really comfortable leaving our daughter in their care. There is a program of free craft and other activities, as well as more elaborate art projects that you can purchase for a small fee (like plaster painting, tie dye t-shirts, sand candles etc). They also ran outdoor activities like a colouring table at breakfast, face painting by the pool and a foam party.
The food at the resort was excellent, which was a real bonus given its isolated location. We loved the Thai restaurant Tamarind - the pomelo and scollop salad is one of the best dishes I've had! We also really enjoyed Edge restaurant by the pool, especially the BBQ nights.
The resort's fabulous staff really make the place feel special and set it apart from other nice resorts we have stayed at in Phuket. Customer service team members Micky and Nat checked in on us throughout our stay, making restaurant bookings and suggesting activities. The food and beverage team were very friendly and super efficient, from Nannette and Vin at breakfast to Pare and Thomas at Edge Beach Club.. everyone who served us deserves 5 stars!

Nat was very patient, attentive, and polite. He clearly explained the hotel’s services and facilities, personally showed me to my room, and was always helpful with my requests. His excellent service made my stay much more enjoyable.
