Not a five star experience
Lovely pool area and views on first checking in was impressed but not an overall pleasant stay building work noise all day long when trying to relax at pool. Stayed in a jacuzzi room shower door needs attention green mould on bottom, jacuzzi jets need attention they need cleaned badly manager not interested in our concerns. Got woken every morning with construction work outside our room no one mentioned this when booking. Staff very friendly all in all would not stay here again there are far better five star hotels in Thailand.

Unfortunately not recommended After check-out, we realized that we had left cash inside the room safe. We contacted the hotel immediately and asked multiple times for a thorough check. We were simply informed that nothing was found. What was particularly disappointing was that, despite contacting them several times, we received no further support or satisfactory resolution.
Great hotel with amazing views and great roof bar
Just completed a week here and Can’t find anything negative to say ! The rooftop bar vanilla sky was So nice and a special mention to Sorn the bar manager he made the experience making us laugh and couldn’t do enough to help 5* service.. The view all around the hotel are amazing.. We’ve stay at lots of 5* hotels and this is one of the best.! Highly recommend !!
Great resort, wonderful staff
This is our third visit to Cape Sienna and did not disappoint. The hotel is beautifully positioned overlooking the bay and close to Kamala Beach. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The breakfast has a wide mix of western and Asian foods. The stand out this trip has been the staff - unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly. Special mention goes to Pong and Bee for their proactive service and genuine hospitality.

Very bad service at breakfast.
The worst breakfast experience ever!!!! Put down cup at 10.28 and went back for coffee. Machine switched off at 10.31. The server became very aggressive and then gave us coffee and charged for the coffee. Completely spoiled whole stay. Really bad. Went for a craft beer and the server had two glasses and a jug and could not pour. Had to make apologies and kindly leave.
