A special thanks to Tan
We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel! A very special thanks to Tan at the front desk. His Chinese is remarkably fluent, which made communication completely effortless for us. Tan was exceptionally warm, patient, and attentive throughout our stay, always going out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. His outstanding service made us feel truly welcomed. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!
welcoming staff, good food, views, in quiet beach town
An incredible hotel and staff is so welcoming. From check in with Ting and Bell, to the golf cart staff to take us to our room to anywhere we wanted to go on resort, to room service, to the food and restaurants, to the marine biology center education talk and recommendations from Best - it was all amazing! Highly recommend coming, we went for our honeymoon and have no regrets. The main pool was under construction (went during off season) but room was quiet and had a great view and other pool was open. They also gave us a ride to the hotel next door to use their pool which was nice. We would love to return again someday and will tell our family and friends to stay here as well.

Exceptional Hospitality at Hyatt Regency Phuket
A truly wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Phuket! From the warm welcome by K. Mae and Erin at check-in to the exceptional service at the Club Lounge, the hospitality was outstanding. A special mention to K. Fern, whose warm, attentive service made every visit to the lounge feel special. The buggy drivers were also exceptionally polite and welcoming. A fantastic team that truly made our stay memorable

Great Marine walk
During my visit, which occurred during the hotel's off-peak season, the pool was closed, and renovations were underway across the premises. Despite these conditions, the staff made a commendable effort to ensure a memorable experience, providing excellent service. Although the beach and facilities were not ideal, I thoroughly enjoyed a highly informative session with Marat, the in-house marine biologist. During this session, I learned about the marine life and coral types found in the tide pools directly in front of the property. The kids' club, while small, was well-received by my 7-year-old, who enjoyed her time with the staff there.
