Exceptionally courteous & careful service with attention to detail. Come here for an overall 10/10 experience & get pampered & spoilt because you won't like any other hotel after staying here. Pun & Mind at the reception made our check-in & check-out process smooth & swift. Also, the cleanest beach EVER! ANYWHERE!!

Harley welcomed us so warmly and kindly. Thanks to him, our stay got off to a wonderful start. It’s an exceptionally friendly and wonderful hotel. This is our second year visiting, and we will definitely be back next year!
Staying in the InterContinental Phuket Resort
I have been the member of IHG since years. We always received warm hospitality wherever we stayed in InterContinental Phuket Resort, Koh Samui, Shenzhen etc. We just stayed at the Lagoon Villa Club Lounge Access of InterContinental Phuket Resort for five nights. All the staff were well trained and very nice especially our butler, Sophia, she was nice, beautiful and helpful lady. The quality of services and well equipped are the main reasons that I always choose InterContinental be my best place for vacations. I highly recommend anyone who wish to stay a deluxe hotels/resorts, then InterContinental may be your best choice.

I had a wonderful dining experience, and I would especially like to give a big compliment to PUI, our accommodating and attentive waitress. She gave an excellent recommendation for the chicken curry, and it was absolutely delicious! The curry was rich and flavorful, and the level of spiciness was just right for me—spicy enough to be exciting without overpowering the wonderful flavors.
A big congratulations and thank you to the entire shift team for giving us such a warm and welcoming experience: Poo, Yod, Bow, Preaw, and Ain. Your friendly service and hospitality truly excellent! 🥰
Awesome stay at Intercontinental
Location is top notch . Choose club rooms beach side over mountain side as reaching beach is very easy.
Breakfast is nice specially the service . In Pinto restaurant , Sa is phenomenal in service and so are other people (Bee) . In club lounge Sun is always reachable , gives personal attention and care every day.
