The location is excellent
Novotel Kamala Beach is a great choice if you want a relaxed beachfront stay in Phuket. The location is excellent, with the beach right outside and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The atmosphere is easygoing and modern, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and attentive. A great spot to slow down, enjoy the sea and have everything you need within easy reach.

A great time was had at Novotel
Our stay at Nova Hotel in Phuket was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere that made our vacation truly special.
The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options that we looked forward to every day. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their friendly personalities, attentiveness, and willingness to help made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s clear they take great pride in providing outstanding hospitality.
We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Nova Hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. We look forward to returning in the future!

Girls Trip to Phuket
My girlfriends and I stayed for a girl's trip and truly enjoyed our time at hotel Novotel. We were there 4 days and especially enjoyed the daily breakfast which was tasty and included tons of options. As a vegetarian there were plenty of food options for me as well. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

Great Beachfront Hotel
We experienced a minor hiccup during check-in. However, kudos to Katie and the hotel manager for ensuring that we had a good stay at hotel. And indeed, we had a great 4D3N stay at the hotel! We have visited Phuket about 8 or 9 times and have probably stayed in 15 different hotels in Kata, Karon, Patong, Panwa, Bang Tao and Mai Khao. We would consider our stay at Novotel Kamala as one of our best experiences in Phuket.
We stayed in an Ocean Villa and would highly recommend it. The room was just just a few steps from the sand and it also afforded a lot of privacy. The room was clean and fairly spacious. The highlight was the Jacuzzi bathtub with views of the beach!
Breakfast at the hotel was good. We also had a lunch and dinner, and we enjoyed both meals.
